MELKSHAM Community Area Partnership Environmental Group is hosting Apple Pressing Day at Well House Manor on Spa Road on Sunday 18th September, 2-4pm.
Bring along some apples from your garden plus a few empty bottles or containers, and take some delicious freshly pressed apple juice home with you that’s ready to drink.
Be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in! The apples will need to be washed, chopped and pressed – it’s very much a community effort. If you don’t have any apples but would still like to be involved, that’s fine. Just come along and join in.
If you already have an apple press of you own, feel free to bring that along and help your neighbours turn their apples into delicious fresh apple juice.
