Zoomi Print business owner Martin Burnett has recently been commissioned to photograph Boyzone boyband member Shane Lynch.
Shane has recently become an ambassador for Matt Fiddes Martial Arts Schools who have over 600 schools across the UK and are a client of Melksham-based business Zoomi Print.
Martin said, “Matt Fiddes personally called me with the assignment which was to be kept under wraps until the new year when the promotion launched.
“He wanted me to photograph Shane and design and print their 2016 promotional campaign which is targeted at getting women to use martial arts for fitness and self defence.”
The Boyzone star was appearing in Panto at the Stag Theatre in Seven Oaks, Kent and his packed schedule meant travelling to Kent in late December to set up a temporary studio in between performances. Once the shoot was complete it was a mad rush to get the photos edited and the design completed and off to print before the Christmas shutdown, so the promotion could be launched on 1st January.
Martin added, “Meeting Shane was great. He’s a quiet and humble guy and just got on with the shoot like a pro.”
Now the promotion is under way Shane is visiting as many of the martial arts schools as possible, so Zoomi Print are now producing flyers and promotional material including Facebook adverts, banners and posters to advertise the events.
