Melksham Oak Community School is inviting prospective students and their parents and carers to its annual Open Evening on Wednesday 16th September.
The event will give families an opportunity to look around the school, meet staff and students and learn more about the opportunities available to pupils.
Hannah Ornov, from Melksham Oak Community School, said, “Choosing the right secondary school is an important decision, and our Open Evening provides an excellent opportunity to experience life at Melksham Oak for yourself.
“Visitors will be able to explore our facilities, meet members of staff and students, and find out more about the exciting opportunities, high expectations and supportive community that make our school such a special place to learn and grow.
“During the evening, you will have the chance to visit different departments, discover the wide range of subjects and activities we offer, and speak with staff about how we support every student to achieve their potential.
“There will also be school presentations at 5pm and 6pm, offering parents and carers an opportunity to hear more about our vision, values and what students can expect as they begin their journey with us.
“We look forward to welcoming you and your family to Melksham Oak Community School and sharing what makes our school community a place where young people can thrive, achieve and look confidently towards the future.”
The Year 5 and 6 Open Evening is on Wednesday 16th September from 5-7pm with presentations at 5pm and 6pm.
