This year’s Melksham Open Gardens event will take place in the afternoon of Sunday 23rd July.
Around 16 gardens will be open to view and there will be the famous cream teas in Place Road to enjoy.
One of the organisers of the event, Lesley Windebank said, “The tickets are only £5 and are available from the Tourist Information Office in Church Street. On the day itself, tickets will be sold from the Town Hall steps in the Market Place. There is no charge for children.
“All of the money raised goes to support The Children’s Society and their valuable work.
“This is becoming a popular well-supported and worthwhile tradition in Melksham, now in its 24th year. Do come along to admire the hard work of local gardeners and perhaps find some inspiration for your own green plot.”
