MELKSHAM will be rocking over the summer holidays with a special hide and seek challenge encouraging children to find a special painted rock hidden around the town.
During the summer holidays, one special ‘winner’ rock will be hidden around the town and this can be taken to the Original Factory Shop and swapped for a variety pack of full-sized chocolate bars.
Organiser, Wendy Isaacs said, “People paint and hide rocks all through the year and there will be many, many more rocks painted and hidden around Melksham during the holidays. But there will be one special winning rock with ‘You are a Winner!’ painted on it which can be swapped for the chocolate variety pack at the Original Factory Shop in the Market Place.
“We do ask though, if the finder cannot get to the Factory Shop, for any reason, would they please re hide the rock straight away, so somebody else can claim the prize, as we do need this rock back to hide for the following week.”
