Melksham’s popular Christmas lights trail will be back this year, giving residents the opportunity to explore some of the town’s festively decorated homes.
And if you’re decorating your house, the organiser is asking you to get in touch to have your house added to the map.
The lights trail will start on Saturday 7th December, on the same day as the Christmas light switch on in the Market Place.
Organiser of the trail, Clare Richter of Keller Williams, said, “The Christmas Light Trail is in its fifth year this year. It is a map that people can access via google maps that tells them where the decorated houses are in Melksham.
“If you are decorating your property and would like to be included on the map please let me know – either visit the Melksham Christmas Lights Facebook page or message me directly on clare.richter@kwuk.com.
“The best thing about the trail is the fun that people get from it, whether they walk it or drive it. People often do it with friends or family so it brings people together.
“We had a fantastic response last year, it would be great to beat it this year .”
