You’ll pay for the whole seat, but you’ll only need the edge of it.”

The Lollypops and Moptops Show – Saturday 11th November, 7.30pm
Formerly Freddie and The Dreamers and carrying on the tradition of the guys who started it all in 1963 – Freddie Garrity, Derek Quinn, Roy Crewson, Bernie Dwyer and Pete Birrel – The Dreamers remain one of the best-known named bands on the ‘60s music circuit.
Organisers said, “With their unique harmonies and musicianship they add an extra dimension to The Dreamers, who along with the hits of Freddie and The Dreamers perform the most popular songs of the ‘50s rock and roll days and the great songs of the ‘60s.
“Changes to personnel over the past 50 years were of course inevitable but one member, Alan Mosca, remains in the band today, having been in the band Freddie and The Dreamers and then The Dreamers for over 40 years.
“Alan is joined by The Temple Brothers, Steve and Colin, who in their own right are seasoned professionals having toured extensively with their Everly Brothers Tribute Show and Midnight Dynamos rock and roll band, and newest member, Nicky Walker, who for over 40 years has toured the UK and abroad as a session musician and with his own Buddy Holly Tribute Show.
“This brand-new show also includes The Temple Brothers’ tribute to the Everly Brothers and Buddy Walker’s tribute to Buddy Holly.”
