THE White Hart in Atworth has its annual music festival, @Fest, coming up on Saturday 2nd July, returning after a two-year hiatus.
The pub says, “Yes we are back! Bigger and better than before! We’ve missed not being able to throw our annual music festival for the last two years, so we’re coming back in style with a full day of live music all to raise money for Dorothy House Hospice.
“Also with a barbecue, drinks, face painting, outside bar, kids’ activities, popcorn, and lots more!”
Before that, on Sunday 26th June, 5pm to 7pm, it’s open mic night supporting new and raw talent, originals and covers and local musicians! This is a fortnightly Sunday event starting from 5pm. For more details about playing, ask behind the bar, phone 01225 702274 or email: info@whitehartatworth.co.uk to register. The pub asks that you bring your own mic if possible.
On Tuesday 5th July, the pub’s monthly bike meet for all the ‘two wheelers’ will be held from 7pm to 9pm.
The pub says, “Come on down to chat about all things bikes, grab a bite to eat, a beverage or just a chance to get out on your bike for a social. For more information please contact organiser Keith on: Keith@prosureinsuranceservices.co.uk.”
