As Christie Miller Sports Centre prepares for closure, the team at Melksham Blue Pool have swung into action and are busy working on a plan to deliver fitness classes, right here, in Melksham town.
Sarah Harryman, general manager at Melksham Blue Pool said, “That means new and existing customers won’t need to travel or change leisure provider to enjoy a great new timetable of fitness classes.
“It’s really important that the closure of Christie Miller doesn’t stop customers from enjoying their favourite classes. We’ve still got a little bit of fine detail to sort out, but will announce the new timetable on social media, our website and also in the press, the moment it’s finalised.
“For many, classes mean more than just fitness – providing customers with opportunities to socialise and enjoy working out together. For those who like the gym, we’ve got a number of upgrades already planned in at Melksham Blue Pool – starting with new resistance kit, coming very soon.”
