WILTSHIRE Sight is offering support and advice to people living with sight loss in Melksham.
Hosted at Melksham Library, the charity holds regular community teas, offering a chance for conversation, cake and support.
They also host regular drop-in information sessions giving people living with sight loss, and the people around them, an opportunity to receive information and advice; discover new resources to help with daily living; and meet others with sight loss.
Community sight loss adviser, Alan Whetherly says, “The dates for the first three community teas of 2020 are as follows: Friday 10th January, Friday 14th February, and Friday 13th March. These sessions will be held at Melksham Library from 2-4pm
“Finally, just a reminder that our drop-in information sessions at Melksham Library are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 1-3pm. This is an opportunity to discuss any issues relating to sight loss on a one-to-one basis.
“If you need any further information on the event, please contact Wiltshire Sight on 01380 723682.”
