MELKSHAM Seniors will be sitting down to watch the Oscar nominated film, ‘The Father’ at their film club next week.
Starring Oscar winners Olivia Colman and Anthony Hopkins, the film tells a story about an aging man who must deal with his progressing dementia.
The film’s synopsis says, “A man refuses all assistance from his daughter as he ages. As he tries to make sense of his changing circumstances, he begins to doubt his loved ones, his own mind and even the fabric of his reality.”
The Melksham Seniors film club will be held at the Melksham Assembly Hall on Monday 15th November, doors open at 1.30pm and the film starts at 2pm.
