FOURTEEN teams took part in a quiz night on Sunday 27th January at Melksham Town Football Club to raise monies for Melksham Community Meals start up costs.
The meals are due to start up at The Assembly Hall on Friday 8th February and Sunday 10th February.
1st place were The Sparkles, 2nd place were The Mad Hatters, and 3rd place were the PSG choir.
Sue Mortimer said, “We would like to say a big thank you to Eddie Schofield the quiz master, Melksham Town FC for letting us use their venue, the 60/70 people who attended, and support/raffle donations from Leekes, Waitrose, Asda, Sainsburys, The Blue Pool, Casa, M & H Studios, Cobblers Bench, Wiltshire Framing Monahans and Melksham News.
“The group will be holding another quiz night in July.”
