THE Rainbow Day Centre will be open three days a week from Wednesday 7th of November to help combat loneliness during the long winter months.
Based at the Riverside Club on Bath Road, the day centre will be open Mondays and Fridays from 9.30am until 2.30pm and on Wednesdays from 9.30am until 1pm. Organiser Lisa Reece says, “We are a warm, friendly club. We provide a two-course meal on Mondays. On Fridays Wednesdays we will provide homemade soup and cake for lunch. Anybody wishing to attend should call me on 07500 046492. We can help with transport if needed, to and from the club if you live in the Melksham area.”
