THERE is still time to catch Melksham Music and Drama’s (MMAD) production of Rapunzel the Pantomime.
Written by Bradford and Webster, the story is of a beautiful young girl with long golden hair who is locked away in a tower by an evil witch. Enter a dashing Prince and his loyal companion to save her with the help of a good fairy. Throw in a hairdresser, two bumbling nit wits, jokes, slapstick, great songs and dances, this will make you smile and laugh out loud. A traditional story with a twist or two along the way which is set in a more contemporary style. Join MMAD and let them entertain you.
The remaining dates are 15th, 16th and 17th February at the Rachel Fowler Centre, Market Place, Melksham. SN12 6EX. Evening performances start at 7.30pm with the matinee on Saturday starting at 2.30pm.
Tickets available from MMAD.org.uk or Melksham Tourist Information Centre. Pre-booked tickets are adults £8, children and concessions £6. Tickets on the door £10 and £8.
