A certain recently-elected world leader has been likened to the main character in the story of The Emperor’s New Clothes and, coincidentally, Seend Fawlty Players have chosen this as their 38th village pantomime.
Performances are in Seend Community Centre, Rusty Lane, Seend SN12 6NS on Thursday and Friday 16th and 17th February at 7.30pm and on Saturday 18th February at 7pm.
Don’t worry, it’s not a political pantomime. You can expect all the usual escapism, fun and silliness that Fawlty Players are known for, with an interesting take on the final denouement.
There will be a raffle each evening and interval refreshments. Tickets cost £6, £3 for children and are available from Seend Shop/PO, The Brewery Inn in Seend Cleeve and Seend Community Centre. All proceeds will be donated to Julia’s House in Devizes.
