Mavern House Nursing Home in Shaw has been sold to new owners.
Brother and sister team, Jill James and John Pearson, have sold the business after deciding to retire from the care sector and pursue alternative business ventures.
Mavern House has been purchased by multiple care home operator, Welford Healthcare. Speaking on behalf of the company, Peter Madden said, “We are delighted to welcome Mavern into the group, and we look forward to learning from the special culture of this home.”
Mavern House Nursing Home was sold off an asking price of £5,450,000 by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
