A THIRD year university student, William Baldy, from Broughton Gifford, is trying to raise money for his final year short comedy/drama film at Farnham University .
The film is called ‘Scholars’ and tells the story of Peter during a particularly difficult week at school.
In order to raise the money, that will go towards equipment and costumes, Will and his group have helped other people make short films.
Will’s first film was made in Melksham and he has also made videos for Melksham TV in the past.
Will is raising money through Kickstarter and says, “We have a great script which we really want to share with the world, but to do this we need your help. The film will also be sent to festivals around the world and we would love to win an award. My role is the cinematographer and I’m also hoping to send this film to competitions for cinematography.”
