TWO town centre planning applications have been submitted to Wiltshire Council.
A new pizza takeaway could be coming to Bank Street, whilst one shop on Lowbourne, could be converted into a one-bedroom flat. Pizza takeaway and delivery company, Papa John’s, has applied for permission to change the use of 12 Bank Street – formerly occupied by the Card Factory – from a shop to a hot food takeaway.
Consultation on the application closes on Friday 5th February. To view the application, search using the reference 20/10674/FUL on the Wiltshire Council planning website.
An application has also been submitted to change the use of the shop at 14 Lowbourne -formerly occupied by Nettl of Melksham, who are now located in Bowerhill – to residential use, creating a one-bedroom flat.
