VisitWiltshire is unveiling a brand new Residents Week aimed at local people to celebrate all the county has to offer.
Following a successful residents week trialled in Salisbury for 2018, this event is now being rolled out across Wiltshire for the very first time. It will take place during English Tourism Week running from 30th March to 7th April and will feature money-saving offers across a huge range of attractions, restaurants, cafes, tours and much more. Residents will have the opportunity to discover what’s on their doorstep, with special offers, free entry, 2 for 1 admissions and discounted rates at more than 30 venues across Wiltshire.
Among the offers available are free entry to Mompesson House in Salisbury, 2 for 1 entry at Bowood House and Gardens, Iford Manor Gardens, Cholderton Charlie’s Rare Breeds Farm, Lydiard House and Park, REME Museum, The Rifles Berkshire and Wiltshire Museum, STEAM – Museum of the Great Western Railway, Boscombe Down Aviation Collection and Wiltshire Museum in Devizes.
There are also 2 for 1 offers available with Lion Tours, Salisbury Plain Safaris and Stonehenge & Avebury with Oldbury Tours, as well as cookery classes at the Farm Cookery School.
Residents can take advantage of a range of money-saving offers like 10% off at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Swindon, 25% off a team booking with Live Escape Salisbury, 25% off meals at The Swan at Stoford and The Stonehenge Inn and 25% off the complete bill at Rollestone Manor.
Some tickets are limited and will be on a first-come first-served basis. Residents will need to take their ticket and ID showing their postcode to gain entry. Tickets for the offers are available to download and print off from www.visitwiltshire.co.uk/ wiltshireresidentsweek
