Are you thinking of volunteering? If so, consider giving some of your time to the local mental health charity, Wiltshire Mind.
Wiltshire Mind is based in Melksham and provides support to anyone facing mental health issues. There are a variety of volunteering roles available including volunteering at the Wiltshire Mind charity shop, in the office, or at their support groups. The charity also has a home-based role that would suit someone with IT experience. They are looking for another volunteer to manage an ebay site for them.

Wiltshire Mind provides support groups in Melksham and other local towns, support groups for carers of those with mental health issues (Chippenham and Devizes) and an evening support group here in Melksham. In addition, they provide 1-1 counselling and Polish counselling in Melksham and Trowbridge. The charity also supports local organisations, schools and businesses with mental health awareness training.
