THE new extension at Wiltshire School of Gymnastics is well under way as the interior and exterior works take shape.
The extension, which should hopefully be finished by early September, is part of a huge redevelopment going on at the school.
Operations manager, Sarah Calvert said, “The extension is going well and to plan. We are really looking forward to it being finished.
“We’re also having a new café and kitchen area for the gym, which is great for us.
“The renovations are a big step forward for us. The school desperately needed a revamp so we can now focus on a positive future.
“The extension provides us with so much more space, so we can expand and grow the equipment we have, and can offer different programmes. There is a six month waiting list, so with more equipment and more space, we can put more classes on which will bring the waiting list down. It’s very exciting.
“We are hoping to have an official opening in November to celebrate.”
