Little Red Riding Hood came to Daisychain nursery on World Book Day along with the Gruffalo, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Fantastic Mr. Fox; Mary Poppins, The Rainbow Fish, Farmer Ted, Captain Pugwash and The Sugar Plum Fairy, who all joined the magical world of Storybook Land.
Staff say, “We had a hard job choosing a winner for the best storybook costume as there were so many good character costumes and so decided to have a prize for a baby, toddler and pre-schooler. Congratulations to Darragh, Owen and Oscar, who all received a book.”
