MELKSHAM’S fund-raiser extraordinaire, Robbie Newton – alias the Charity Morph Man – is not letting the pandemic stop him!

Not wanting his London Marathon training go to waste, he has decided to run the 26 miles in his back garden.
“As you will be aware, the London Marathon, which I was running for Macmillan Cancer Support, has been postponed so I’ve decided to run it in my back garden – a total of 1,787 laps!” he told Melksham News.
“I will start at 9.30am, Sunday 26th April and you will be able to follow live progress via the Facebook event page – https://facebook.com/events/s/charitymorphman-vs-back-garden/3831836783557801/?ti=as
“Macmillan is a charity close to my heart. I’ve seen their good work close at hand as they have helped both friends and family.
“Any donations are appreciated by both me and Macmillan Cancer Support in these strange times – My page can be found here – https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/RobbieNewton/15?utm_source=whatsapp&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=fundraiser&utm_term=socialshare&utm_content=fundriasingpage
