COVENTRY Building Society in Melksham has been raising money for for a local charity.
Staff across Coventry Building Society branches have completed a ‘Le Tour De Branch’ as part of their Community Park Fund.
Melksham Branch have raised a total of £970.14 in aid of Dorothy House Hospice Care. The staff said they wanted to raise the money for Dorothy House as it is a cause close to the hearts of staff and customers, but also the community as a whole.
Phillippa Watson from Dorothy House said, “This is really good for Dorothy House as we rely on local support. Staff at Coventry have even helped at other events with refreshments.”
Natasha Wood from the Melksham branch of the building society said, “It is really nice to get involved with a local charity and to be able to support lots of events.”
