Hope Debt Advice Melksham is changing its name to Melksham Community Money Advice.
Barry Scarlett from Melksham Community Money Advice says, “For a number of years now, Hope Debt Advice Melksham have been working together with Bradford and Westbury debt centres. Changes in personnel has led to members of the group now wishing to go their separate ways.
“As Melksham CMA it gives the opportunity to not only work with the same team of people, but also to regroup and work closely with other town organisations. We will still be operating under the direction of our national organisation Community Money Advice, regulated by the FCA, and supported locally by the Family of Churches.
“Hopefully by April of this year we will have relocated to the Baptist church.
“We now wish to appoint a centre manager; this is a voluntary part-time post. Your cooperation in helping us find the right person to fill this important role is appreciated.
“Melksham CMA are looking forward to the challenges that may lie ahead, we know how important this new appointment is going to be.”
