On winning the toss BMCC asked their visitors to bat. All the batsmen apart from Pinchin (38) struggled to cope with the makeshift attack as BOA were reduced to 68/6 at the half way stage.
The ten men of BMCC then started to suffer a little as a match winning partnership of 40 between Andrews (15) & Carter (27*) took the visitors to 131 all out.
Home Skipper Chris Long was pick of the bowlers with 4/16 off 9 and would have been very happy with his ten men’s efforts.
The home side’s innings never got going as their lack of batting was blatantly obvious. Only Matt Hunt (11) got to double figures as the rest of his teammates were skittled for 26.
M. Knight finished with incredible figures of 5 for 1 off 5.1 overs, with Matt Harrington not far behind with 2 for 4 off 5 overs.
