A TOWN wide garage sale has been organised for next month, on Saturday 6th August, 10am to 2pm.
Organised by Clare Richter from at Keller Williams Sales & Lettings, the Melksham Garage Sale Trail will guide locals through the town to locations where residents are selling unwanted items from their homes.
To be listed on the trail’s map, residents hosting a garage sale pay £2, which will be donated to a local charity. Garage sale hosts will also be encouraged to have a collection box for any donations to charity.
“We’re hoping that if it’s successful then we can make it a more regular occurrence,” said Clare.
