4STARS Dance officially opened its new studios at Avonside Enterprise Park last week, marking the first time the academy has held classes in its own building.
The academy, which started in 1996 and teaches both children and adults in a number of genres, has now set its roots on the trading estate by the town bridge.
The academy is run by three partners: Linda and Emma-Jane Bramwell-Chivers, and Amanda Vince.
Linda said, “This is very exciting because our own studio is something we’ve really wanted for a long time.
“This is the first time we’ve had a dedicated space so we’re hoping to be able to grow the school very quickly from now.
“We used to hold regular sessions at Christie Miller, but this studio will mean we can offer classes throughout the week for both children and adults. We will also be able to host things like children’s parties and discos, which will be great for the community.”
The grand opening at G18 Avonside Enterprise Park was held on Thursday 3rd December, and Mayor of Melksham, councillor Terri Welch, attended to cut the ribbon.
