A PLANNING application has been submitted to build up to 240 homes on land south of Western Way.
The outline planning application, made by Savills on behalf of Hallam Land Management, proposes to build on land next to the 235-homes Pathfinder Way development, which is currently in progress.
The plans also include a 70-bed carehome; a network of open spaces, including parkland, footpaths, community orchard, allotments, landscaping and areas for play; new roads, parking areas, accesses and paths; and the installation of services and drainage infrastructure.
The application has been submitted to Wiltshire Council, but at the time of going to press, was not available to view on the Wiltshire Council planning website.
