March sees a fresh exhibition at the Art House Cafe gallery in the centre of town.
Quite often members of art groups and clubs exhibit their work here, but this month four individual artists are showing their work. including husband wife Alan and Sarah Padwick, and also Anna Rinaldi and Joy Williams.
The work on show has variety both in subject and in technique. There are sombre landscapes and colourful seascapes here together with delightful animal studies and even the excitement of carnival and dance.
The cafe continues to provide a pleasant place to sit and contemplate the works of art while enjoying something to eat with a cup of tea or coffee in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Fuel for mind and body you might say.
