The last day for Melksham ParkFest advanced discounted ticket sales will be midnight Saturday 13th July, all tickets bought after this date will be gate price only, so don’t miss out and get the best deal by booking in advance for ParkFest Friday 19th July at King George Park.
Organisers say, “We have a fun-filled evening of entertainment with two great party bands and live PA DJs.
“To get the party started will be FunBoy 2 a Dj collective featuring guest Dj Special T, playing a medley of Old Skool Ska, Calipso, 2Tone & Reggae tunes, followed by the first band of the evening Train to Skaville, covering songs by the Specials, Madness, Bob Marley, Toots & the Maytals, Jimmy Cliff and Bad Manners. Train to Skaville are the ultimate party band to keep you on the right track for a great evening.
“Headlining ParkFest will be The Neville Staple Band, the legendary front man of The Specials, Fun Boy Three and Special Beat, also known as The Original Rude Boy. Their music just makes you want to dance and sing along, giving ParkFest a great party atmosphere.
“And the party carries on the next day at Melksham Party in the Park, Saturday 20th July, with another great line up including Kirsty Clinch, Indecision, Lloyd Edwards & the Undecided, Bluesoul, Six O’clock Circus, Folk Lift Truck, Burbank and headliners Take@That, plus many great arena acts.
