A new sponsor has joined the Melksham Rugby Minis & Juniors’ team, supplying the coaches and admin team with waterproof jackets.
Chairman of Melksham Rugby Minis & Juniors Paul Simmons said, “Dave and Leanne Guley of Shurnhold Storage Ltd have very generously sponsored all the mini and junior coaches and admin team with waterproof jackets, some 56 people in total; they also have sponsored a player this season as well.
“They both help with the running and coaching of the under six team; Dave is also a senior player with the club.
“This is the first time that we have been able to give something back to the volunteers who help with the club and thank them for their time and effort. When everyone wears the jackets, it looks really smart when they turn up to other clubs. It really means a lot to be able to do this.”
Melksham Rugby Minis & Juniors team is open to children aged five to 17 years old.
