Wessex Water has sponsored Melksham Town FC under-12s’ training kit and provided them with refillable water bottles to help them kick dehydration out of their game.
The team is sure to remain warm and well hydrated this season thanks to their new training kit and refillable Wessex Water bottles.
Wessex Water’s ‘Hydrate Feel Great’ campaign promotes the health and cost benefits of drinking tap water opposed to other alternatives.
The campaign also aims to reduce the use of single-use plastics by encouraging people to use refillable bottles rather than buying bottled drinks.
Coach Paul Stokes said, “Thanks to Wessex Water generously sponsoring us, the boys have all been provided with matching training kits to keep them warm during the winter months.
“They have also provided us with free reusable water bottles which will help our team to stay hydrated, while also ensuring we use less single-use plastics.
“Without the support of companies like Wessex Water, we wouldn’t be able to get new kit and bottles.”
