IF YOU attended George Ward School in Melksham and left in 1975 (aged 16) or 1977 (aged 18), then why not meet up with former school friends and teachers at the big 60 reunion.
The event will take place on Saturday 1st June, from 7.30pm, at Melksham Liberal Club. Entry is free and you do not need tickets, but organisers need to know how many people are planning to attend.
They say, “This will probably be our last chance to meet up with old friends so if you would like to come along and you have not already let us know, please contact us now so we can let the club have our planned numbers attending.
“We organised a reunion when we were all 40 and did another one 10 years ago as we were all celebrating our 50th birthdays. This will probably be our last bash so don’t miss the opportunity – please sign up now as it will be great to see as many of you as possible! Partners are welcome too.
“If you keep in touch with anyone who now lives away, please help to spread the word.”
