Following the investigation into the fatal road traffic collision, which occurred on Saturday 15th November 2014 in the Forest area, which resulted in the tragic death of Max Lewis, Wiltshire Police have confirmed that two men; Julian Drew 26 years and Connor Forrester 18 years, both from the Melksham area, have been charged with the offence of causing death by dangerous driving and have been remanded in custody.
A third male, a 22 year-old local male was not arrested, although he has been interviewed and has been summonsed to appear at Court, also for an offence of causing death by dangerous driving.
Each of the three men were driving different vehicles along Forest Lane from Lacock towards Melksham at the time of the collision.
