Melksham Chamber has presented the Dorothy House Hospice with a donation of £375 raised at the Chamber’s quiz night held in October last year.
The winners of the first prize, “6 Under Par” from Mr Sparkles Window Cleaning Services, donated their prize money back to Dorothy House, which helped to boost the total amount raised at the quiz.
“Melksham Chamber’s next event will be on the 13th February with a site visit to Knorr Bremse Rail Systems (UK) Ltd facility on Bowerhill. The visit will include a tour of the factory followed by a light lunch. Time is 10.30am, to enable us to see the factory in operation, and the cost is £5 per person. Places are limited so booking is essential. For details and to book a place please see our website www.melksham chamber.co.uk or our Melksham Chamber Forum on Facebook.”
