MELKSHAM Community Meals makes its long awaited return this weekend.
Chair of Melksham Community Meals, Sue Mortimer, says, “It feels great to be able to welcome everyone back for Sunday lunch on the 3rd October at the Assembly Hall.
“Thank you to the many who have now booked. The team and I are very much looking forward to seeing you all. With us now being back in the town some of you can now walk to the venue. For those of you who need to drive please note Melksham House Car Park is closed during the development of Melksham Community Campus. King Street Car Park is the nearest alternative – it is free to park there on a Sunday.
“There are a few disabled places in the Market Place and you can of course if necessary be dropped at the door.
“Please note we are CASH ONLY for now. The bar will be open. We hope everyone is well – please stay away if you have any of the following: high temperature, new continuous cough, loss or change of sense of smell or taste or positive test for Coronavirus.
“Finally, a big thank you to Melksham News for getting the word out that we are up and running again! See you Sunday!”
