FIVE members of staff from Melksham Motor Spares have taken part in a tandem skydive jump to raise funds for Dorothy House as part of the company’s year of fundraising for the charity.
Jamie Ramsden, Richard Cox, Adam Mitchell, Dan Williams and Jay Fisher all bravely volunteered to do the jump which took place on Sunday 16th August with the Army Parachute Association at Netheravon Airfield.
Family, friends, work colleagues and Melksham Motor Spares customers generously sponsored over £1,800 which brings the overall total raised so far this year to £3,000.
Everyone who took part thoroughly enjoyed the day and Adam Mitchell, 17, the youngest member of the team said, “What an amazing experience, I wish I could do it again and I think everyone else feels the same. Thanks to everyone who donated and has been so generous. Not only did we all have fun, but we have raised a huge amount!”

The company says, “The brilliant efforts from staff continue as the next fundraising adventure is already in the diary!
