The Swap Society’s next clothes swap event will run on Sunday 6th July in Holt.
People are invited to swap pre-loved clothing whilst enjoying food and music at the Glove Factory Studios on Brook Lane.
Launched by two local women – Meagan Powell and Gracie May – the Swap Society aims to make pre-loved fashion stylish, holding a series of Clothes Swap events in independent spaces including coffee shops, farm shops, industrial warehouses and festivals.
The clothes swap in Holt will cost £5 cash entry at the door and people can bring up to 20 items of pre-loved clothing in a bag to swap. For every item, attendees will be given a token which can be used in exchange for clothing.
Children’s clothing can only be swapped for other children’s clothing and if you run out of tokens but spot something, all items cost £2, no matter what they are.
The swap will run from 10am to 1pm.
