MELKSHAM Town FC now know who they will face in the early rounds of the FA Cup and FA Vase.
They begin their FA Cup adventure in the extra-preliminary round away to visit fellow Western League side Longwell Green on 16th August with the winners visiting fellow Step 5 opposition Romsey Town or Fareham Town with the prospect of a home tie in the 1st qualifying round if successful.
Melksham Town has also been given an away tie in the first qualifying round of the FA Vase. They face a short trip to Pewsey Vale of the Syenhams Wessex Division One. The winner of that tie will play at home to Bournemouth Poppies.
Conformed pre-season fixtures have been announced as:
Friday 18th July H v Paulton Rovers 7.45pm
Tuesday 22nd July A v Warminster Town 7.30pm
Saturday 26th July H v Devizes Town 2.00pm
Tuesday 29th July A v Calne Town 7.30pm
Thursday 31st July A v Chippenham Town 7.30pm
Saturday 2nd August H v Shrivenham 3.00pm
