BOWERHILL Residents Action group (BRAG) has been awarded an Area Board grant to buy more seats for the village.
One has already been earmarked for the green opposite Tesco and one will be erected in Falcon Way between Grasmere and Mitchell Drive. A third seat will go half-way down the bridle path from Locking Close to the canal. Others will be located around the open space area of Hornchurch Road.
The action group will still have some money remaining after these purchases and are looking for more locations to place seating.
