Melksham Music and Drama’s latest production, Perils at Peddler’s Cove, will be coming to the Rachel Fowler Centre in September. The show is set on the coast of south-west England in the 1960s and the group has said it will be a ‘thrilling and suspenseful experience for the audience.’
The performance revolves around a group of eccentric and suspicious characters summoned by a lawyer to a remote island for a weekend house party, where they will learn something to their advantage – only to be met with a series of mysterious deaths.
“Can you help solve the puzzle of who the murderer is before it’s too late? With a cast of enigmatic characters, this production is sure to captivate and entertain,” says Joeanne Londors, who is the group’s treasurer.
Chairman Amy Fletcher, who was also Carnival Queen, said, “It’s a show that will keep you on the edge of your seat, so grab your detective hat and get ready to piece together the clues. This is one you won’t want to miss!”
The performance is due to run in September on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th and then again on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st, at 7.30pm.
Tickets are now on sale from Melksham Tourist Information, or online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/mmad.
