TWO new weekly events are coming to the Melksham Hub Café.
From next week, the café, located next to Melksham’s train station, will play host to a new parent and baby group and a Glee club.
The free parent and baby group will be held every Tuesday, from 1pm to 2.30pm, with the first session launching on Tuesday 5th April.
“Parents can meet up outside and the kids can play,” explains the café’s manager, Gemma Embeary.
On Wednesdays, the café will play host to a new Glee club, from 1pm to 2.30pm.
Gemma says, “This is for people with additional needs and their support circle to meet up, play games and maybe have a little sing song!”
The first meeting of the Glee club will be held on Wednesday 6th April.
“Both events will be held outside as we are a small café,” says Gemma, “but we have plenty of room outside. Parking is free if you spend over £2 in the cafe.”
