December’s exhibition at the Art House Cafe has gone on show, with work from St Mary’s Art Group in Hilperton.
Exhibition organiser Pattie Lockett said, “The group is thrilled to once again be displaying work at the Art House Cafe. The group meets every Tuesday morning at the Tin Church in Hilperton, encouraging each other to paint and draw in a variety of media, styles and subjects.
“In this exhibition they are featuring paintings inspired by local scenes such as landscapes with White Horses, Stonehenge and Melksham landmarks, along with a bright mix of animals, flora, seascapes and faraway places.
“These unique paintings are for sale at affordable prices and may just be the Christmas gift you are looking for! A percentage of all sales goes to the Melksham Rotary Club, which in turn gives back to the local community.
“Do come along to the cafe and browse our exhibition whilst enjoying breakfast, lunch or a delicious cake and coffee.”
The Art House Cafe is at 31A Market Place, Melksham – next door to the town hall.
