North West Wiltshire’s Peacock Arts Trail will fly again, from 11th -19th September, spreading a welcome splash of colour after a very bleak year.
Artists and craftspeople from Corsham, Melksham, Chippenham and surrounding villages are invited to register their interest by Sunday 18th May.
Due to Covid-19, most promotion will be online, but Peacock HQ are keeping options open about studios and workshops opening if possible.
From the Peacock Arts Trail team, Victoria Jarman, said, “There’ll be virtual events, activities and demos, all via our website and popular social media channels.
“We’re creating a brilliant new website that will really boost artists’ profiles and will be expanding our artist resources to give all the help people need to promote themselves.
“Many trails have cancelled this year, but we want to support local artists as much as possible and those art trails that have gone online have been successful. We could reach many more people than normal, and we really hope that to welcome many creatives – both professional and ‘just for fun’.”
