HOME schooled students from Forest & Sandridge School have been meeting with teachers and friends as part of the school’s ongoing work to support students during lockdown.
Deputy head of the school, Helen Biles-Wood, told Melksham News, “Students who are not back at school are being given the opportunity to meet their class teachers and friends in small and safe ‘social bubbles’ with social distancing rules on a weekly basis.
“This is part of the school’s ongoing work to provide home schooling for those students who have not returned to school – we are not just focussed on students’ educational welfare, but also their mental and social welfare.”
