The UK’s number one Robbie Williams’ tribute act will be the headline performer at Melksham’s Party in the Park this summer on Saturday 18th July.
With the looks, voice and charisma that are unmistakable, Rob-B-Williams looks set to wow the audience with his outstanding versions of the former Take That singer’s greatest hits.
Supported by a full band of professional musicians, backing singers and dancers, he will be singing songs that have become modern pop classics: ‘Let Me Entertain You’, ‘Rock DJ’, ‘Candy’, ‘The Flood’, ‘Angels’ and many more!
Organisers of the event say that all the stage and arena acts are now booked. Among those providing the musical entertainment are Zoe Alexander performing as the superstar Pink, ULO (the Ukulele Light Orchestra), singer and saxophonist Lucy Harvey, rock band Purple Fish, Europe’s top One Direction tribute act – Only 1D, local singing duo the Decibels, and three up and coming acts from Melksham’s Oak Community School.
Melksham Party in the Park takes place at King George V Playing Field, Lowbourne, on Saturday 18th July. Gates open at 1.00pm. The entrance fee is £5 for adults and £3 for children.
Organisers are seeking volunteers to help set up on 17th July. Anyone who is free to help on Fri or Sat 18th can email: melksham party@fsmail.net
