SHAKESPEARE Live’s 33rd annual outdoor production is romantic comedy, ‘Twelfth Night’, which will be performed in the gardens of Cleeve House, Seend.
Evening performances will run from 4th July 4th to 9th July, which includes a Saturday Gala with live entertainment before the show. There will also be a Saturday matinee. The audience are under cover in reserved seats and are welcome to picnic on the lawns before the show begins.
Organisers say, “Probably Shakespeare’s funniest play, ‘Twelfth Night’ is a lively mix of romance, farcical confusion, wit and heartbreak. It is always a popular choice, and this production promises to be an absolute winner, with a mixture of experienced Shakespeare Live players and some talented newcomers. Live music, professional sound and lighting, and beautiful Tudor costumes add to the overall experience.”
