A GYM in Melksham that offers state-of-the-art facilities is celebrating its first birthday next month and will be holding a birthday party for members and non-members.
Snap Fitness opened its doors at Challeymead Business Park in November last year and to mark the anniversary, they are inviting the community to a birthday party that involves challenges, taster sessions, gym tours, food and party games.
“This is open to all members and non-members, family and friends of all ages,” says assistant manager, Mary Edwards. “We are encouraging our members to come along and get involved in a variety of challenges, including a weight lifting competition with chance to push and beat your own PBs but would also love anyone interested in the gym to come and get involved, meet our team and members and see the facilities we have to offer!
“On the day, we will be joined by some local businesses who will be showcasing their services, including some supplement companies, the local fire service and a sport therapist who will be offering 10–15-minute trial slots.
“Our lovely team of instructors will also be hosting a variety of short taster classes that will give people the opportunity to try a new class or find out how our classes work! We will also be holding a raffle with some lovely prices, including vouchers, hampers and other goodies!
“There will be party games, food, challenges, freebies and much, much more throughout the day and we’d really love to spread the word! No need to book or let us know if you want to come but we’d really love the whole community to be involved.”
Snap Fitness offers 24-hour gym access; top-of-the-range workout equipment; flexible month-to-month rolling memberships; unlimited group fitness classes (both live and virtual); a separate spin room with classes morning and evening; cardio and free weights areas; skiing machines and a massage gun station with five massage guns and five vibrating rollers to help your recovery process.
The event will be held on Saturday 25th November at 10am to 2pm.
