A SPECIAL meeting of the Melksham Area Board will be held on Wednesday 18th October, 7pm at the Melksham United Church.
The single item agenda will focus on the new Melksham Health and Wellbeing Centre, which will be built at the Melksham House site.
Jon Hubbard, chairman of Melksham Area Board said, “We hoped to discuss this item at our September meeting, however, unfortunately this wasn’t possible.
“We are very pleased to have a special meeting of the board on 18th October. This will allow us the opportunity to discuss the plans for this local project. We have a busy few months ahead, with meetings taking place in September, October and November and I’d like to encourage local residents to come along and have their say.”
The next meeting of the Melksham Area Board will take place on Wednesday 6th September at the Seend Community Centre at 7pm. The agenda will include a consultation on waste management and an update on the local household recycling centres, plus detail on the forthcoming Melksham Family Learning Festival.
